Stephanie Martin, AADP, B.Sc., E-RYT 500, RCYT, YACEP, is a board certified holistic health practitioner and the owner of Awaken Yoga and Wellness, LLC. She has over 30 years of experience in the health industry and is passionate about helping others develop their mind, body, and spirit. Stephanie teaches a variety of yoga classes and wellness-oriented workshops for adults, seniors, and children.
